Elevator old there insects. Corridor Have Odor. The breakfast too hard to eat. Should update the hotel.

1. unfriendly and impolite front desk staff 2. extreme smelly and dirty and stuffy environment 3. unpleasant people wandering around the entire hotel compound 4. poor facilities 5. fail to maintain even basic room facilities ie old and smelly pillows, broken toilet door and leaking wc etc 6. very expensive for such a standard of facilities and quality of stay to our shock, the rack rate as published on front desk is 16% lower than that of our reservation made through Booked.net. this is our worst ever experience in hotel stay. will not consider even if we are invited for free stay.
